As most of our agencies (Federal, State and Local) suffer drastic cuts to funding, one of the first things to be eliminated is training. Unfortunately, the elimination of these essential services not only brings down employee morale, but also also exposes many of our agencies to huge liabilities.


With technological advances in e-learning technology and the standardization of delivery methods (thanks to DoD and ADL's SCORM standards now used industry-wide), sharing training content is easier than ever. By working together to create training and e-learning that transcends agencies (e.g. delivering excellent customer Service in the public sector, ADA compliance, EEO, Supervision, Emergency Management, etc.)and making the training available for free (or low cost) to other agencies, not only will our we be able to provide the much needed training and mitigate risks, but the General Public will benefit from the savings we create, the service we provide, and the expediency of Government working together.
